1. Definition of Terms

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. «Website Administration» – employees authorized to manage the website, acting on its behalf, who arrange and (or) perform the personal data processing, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the list of personal data to be processed, and actions performed with personal data.

1.1.3. «Personal Data Processing» — any action or set of actions performed with personal data, using automation tools or not, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. «Personal Data Confidentiality» — a mandatory requirement for the Website Administration to prevent its intentional disclosure without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.

1.1.5. «Website User (hereinafter called the User)» – a person who has Internet access to the website and uses it for their own purposes.

1.1.6. «Registration of Applications» - a set of actions aimed at obtaining the Users’ contact data specified in subparagraph 3.2, with their consent, for further informational, marketing, advertising, or other communication.

2. General Statements

2.1. This Privacy Policy regulates the process of personal data processing of Users, including ensuring the security of their personal data processing and the respect for their rights and interests during the mentioned processing.

2.2. The User indicates acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for their personal data processing if they use the website for more than 60 seconds.

2.3. If the User disagrees with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, they should stop using the website.

2.4. This Privacy Policy applies to this website only. The Website Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may visit by links available on this website.

2.5. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

2.6. All Users who provide information referring to personal data on the website, as well as place other information by the designated actions, give their consent to the personal data processing and its transfer to the personal data processing operator.

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.2. The Website Administration is obliged to:

6.2.2. Not disclose the User’s personal data, except as specified in subparagraphs 5.2.-5.4. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Block personal data related to the relevant User upon request from the User, their legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects’ rights during a verification period if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.

7. Responsibility of the Parties

7.1. The Website Administration is responsible for the intentional disclosure of the User's personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, except in the cases specified in subparagraphs 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. The Website Administration is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of personal data if the mentioned information:

7.2.1. Became publicly available before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was obtained from the third parties before the Website Administration obtained it.

7.2.3. Was obtained by third parties by unauthorized access to the website's files.

7.2.4. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3. The User is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and truthfulness of the provided personal data.

8. Resolution of Disputes

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, the User must submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).

8.2. The recipient of the claim must respond to the claimant in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim with the results of its consideration and the measures taken.

8.3. The applicable law for this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration is the current legislation.

9. Additional Conditions

9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy enters into force upon its publication on the website unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.

9.3. The User’s silence is considered as consent to the changes and (or) additions to the Privacy Policy.
